Matt is great! After seeing just a couple of properties he got a real feel for what we wanted and found us the perfect place before it even went to the market! Nothing was too much trouble; FaceTime viewings (we are from out of town), tons of local knowledge, excellent communication, and handled my anxieties with kindness and understanding. 5-star, A+, highly recommended!
